Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns for refunds on any Cummins ECM or PCM units.

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you experience any issues with your unit within 30 days of purchase, please contact us and we will work to make it right.

1-Year Warranty

All units come with a 1-year warranty. To qualify for warranty service, the original core unit must be returned to us in good cosmetic condition (no physical damage, broken connectors, or missing components). There is no core charge — we simply ask that the core be returned in good cosmetic status to honor the warranty.

How to Initiate a Warranty Claim

To start a warranty claim, please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. We will provide return instructions for the core unit.
